Meet the Team
Erin Miller
Director of Theater
Erin is a two-time NJACT Perry Award recipient for Outstanding Production of an Original Musical (Bill and Ted Save Broadway and Jersey Sings), and a recent nominee for Direction of a Play (Almost, Maine). She has worn many hats over the years: Stage Manager, Producer, Actor, ticket lady, Prop Mistress and now – Director! She is incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to direct, a passion she has grown to love. Erin is so happy to have started a new chapter as co-creator of Roundtable Theater Company, with amazing people! Erin recently directed The Chelsea Hotel at New York Theater Festival.
Matt Allegretta
Director of Art
Mathew Allegretta has been on and off the stage since his early years. Portraying many roles, such as Melchior (Spring Awakening), Gabe (Next to Normal), Radames (Aida), Scarecrow (The Wiz), and featured soloist in countless productions. Matt most recently won “Best Singer” at the 2023 New York Theater Festival for his work in the RTTC original musical “NEXT”; which he also co-wrote. He also took some time behind the scenes where he spent the last few years creating theatrical worlds through props and set design. He was nominated for A Perry Award, Outstanding Scenic Design of a Play for “Almost, Maine” , and is a Perry Award Winner for Outstanding Properties of a Play for “In-law, Outlaws, and Other People.” As Matt steps into his new role as a founding member of RTTC, He is overjoyed to be returning to the theater both in and out of the spotlight.
Victoria Marino
Director of Chorography
Victoria is so honored and blessed to be a part of Roundtable Theater Company for almost 3 years now! Victoria is Roundtable Theater Company’s choreographer and she is always excited to experience the shows come to life on and off stage. Victoria has 30 years of musical theater experience and with much more to come. Victoria wants to thank Round Table and her supporters for doing what she loves best!
Valdo Panzera
Director of Logistics
Valdo has worked in the film and theater industry since the age of 12. He is proud to be a founding member of RTTC and thrilled to be sharing the stage with such an amazing group of people that he now calls friends. Valdo played Junior in Roundtable’s first ever performance, Next! And will play Junior again this May in NYC. This will be Valdo’s second time performing alongside his wife Megan, who he shares two beautiful boys with. Valdo loves being able to use his creativity as a Board Member of the Roundtable Theater Company
Karen d'Entremont
Director of Events
Karen is beyond thrilled to be performing with Roundtable Theater Company. She has been in several past productions including Spring Awakening (Frau Bergman), Living Rooms (Ensemble), NEXT!(Gwen), Chelsea Hotel (Viva), Annie (Perkins/Ensemble), Into the Woods (Florinda), and Oklahoma (Gertie). Karen also enjoys being an extra in TV and films. She thanks her family, friends, and wonderful husband Joe for their continued love and support.
Tom MIller
Business Manager
Tom has been performing in Community Theater for over 10 years. His recent credits include the lead role, McMurphy in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest and Juror #3 in 12 Angry Jurors. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corp and currently serves as Commander of Fair Lawn American Legion Post 171.
Megan Panzera
Social Media Manager
Megan is thrilled to be back on stage with Roundtable again. She is honored to be the Social Media Manager forRoundtable and privileged to have performed in RTTC’s inaugural and original production, NEXT!, as Number 34. Megan has grown up with a love of musical theater and has performed in local shows throughout her life. Megan is Mommy to the best boys in the world, Valdo and Luca and feels lucky to be performing alongside her husband, Valdo.
